Hand-coded the project that transformed the Southern Arkansas University website from a 16,000 page static website to a streamlined, searchable, custom web content system in 6 months. Performed departmental needs assessments for all University departments, garnered buy-in from administration and managed system training.
Expanded customer base from 9 hosted websites to over 3000 within 2 years through direct sales. Provided consulting services to Keane, Inc.'s healthcare division, Keane Care, and Equifax's Digital Certificate division (now GeoTrust) on user interface design, security, technical support and customer relations. Proposed and managed a website overhaul for an online toy retailer which resulted in a 300% increase in revenue within a year. Contracted by the Arkansas Department of Education Division of Education Renewal Zones to create project specifications and Request for Proposals for highly specialized web application to satisfy legislative requirements and establish repository for best practice information for statewide ERZ zones. Created the majority of the proposals, content, sales copy, technical and end-user support documentation for all I.E., LLC, websites, projects and marketing materials. Oversaw numerous ecommerce and informational site development projects for clients worldwide. These include employment portals, entertainment portals, ecommerce for small online retailers, custom applications, web-based corporate intranets and business-to-business sales interfaces for large manufacturers. |
